Amelia is on holiday in New York with her nephew Kyle. Kyle has been in a spot or two of trouble, hanging with a group of bad boys, and Amelia and his mum hope this trip will put distance between Kyle and the bad influences in his life. It has to be kismet when they meet a young girl, Scarlett and her dad, Nathan, are also on holiday, and all of them live in England. The grownups are trying to cope with the adolescents, as the kids find themselves growing fond of each other. The adults, too, are experiencing an attraction of sorts. But Nathan doesn’t trust Kyle, with good reason. How it all finally plays out makes for an interesting story. Well written, these are characters you will enjoy reading about. ( )
