The house is described as thinking and feeling ( ) Esta reseña ha sido escrita por los Primeros Reseñadores de LibraryThing. A beautifully illustrated book with color and imagination. A story of a house on a hill in the country and the people that move in and out. A very interesting perspective to bring to a story time and conversation. This changes the focus from all about "us" to the physical world and what happens over time. Esta reseña ha sido escrita por los Primeros Reseñadores de LibraryThing. The House of Grass and Sky reminds me a great deal of one of my favorite books, The Little House. Told from the point-of-view of an old house in the country, the story is of a house that has experienced much joy over the years from providing a happy home for families. For many years, the house lies unoccupied and solitary and lonely, as family after family passes on it. Finally, a new family comes to live in the house and it is once again content. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

A house sits in a field under the ever-changing sky. For a while the house was full of laughter and children and the sounds of lives being lived under its roof. And then, for a long time, it was empty and quiet. New people came to look, but they always left. Will anyone come to stay? No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |
