I like that this manga makes a point of including a complete multi-chapter game of chance in each volume, giving the outcome right away instead of using it as a cliffhanger for the next volume. That can backfire though when the game is boring or involves students of the gambling academy I don't care about, and this one has a really dull game between only secondary and tertiary characters.

My only consolation is that the preview for the next volume hints this long election arc may be coming to an end soon. It has resulted in three bad volumes in a row, and I'm starting to think I may be done with this series unless it does something dramatic to pull out of this nosedive. ( )
