Ever since the release of the movie Jurassic Park, the study of dinosaurs, paleontology, has exploded all over the world. Now, on average, a brand-new species of dinosaur is discovered every week. ( ) I really wanted to review this book because, oh what 30+ years did for the uptick in knowledge about dinosaurs. In the late 1980s, I took a science class about dinosaurs in college (liberal arts major looking for an easy science grade—it wasn’t easy…). The professor did his darnedest to convince us that birds are the surviving dinosaurs. We all laughed. And here it is, a book about the fact the birds are the living descendants of dinosaurs! Needless to say I had a good chuckle but I also enjoyed “re-learning” what I learned 30+ years ago and then some. Not too scientific at all and very interesting. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
