It was fluffy, nonsensical and fun and generally I enjoyed it a lot, but there were simply too many people in this book! All the Rock Chicks plus their friends, all the Commandos and their women and Chaos bikers - and I hardly remembered the half of them. I would prefer if it was simply a love story of Evie and Danny. Three and a half stars. ( ) There is a reason why this author is a favorite. I've been waiting for this book for what seems like forever. I gobble up her words as if they are the very thing needed to sustain my life. Her characters, the delicious alpha possessive men who would lay down on a grenade for their women, the friendships, and the love connection are extraordinary. This book was just another example of how amazing she is. I liked the new Dream Team version of the Rock Chicks. I enjoyed the cameos of my old favorites, and I like where this series seems to be heading. I also enjoyed Sydney. I need to go read Mystery Man again to see if she is in that. I'm pretty sure she is. If she didn't get a HEA then she needs one because there is something about her that intrigues me. I'm glad that this author is back to writing in this style again. I own everything she had written but struggled with her diary-style books. This book will definitely be one that I reread many times over. Evie has been taking care of her family for years, but mostly what she has gotten back from them is trouble. Her two jobs help pay for some of that trouble as well as many of her expenses. When a good friend from her stripping job sets her up on a blind date with Daniel "Mag" Magnusson, her brother calls and tells her he needs for her to pick up a package, so in the weirdest blind date ever, Mag goes with her. As he suspects, the package contains several different kinds of drugs and before long, Mag and Evie find themselves in the middle of a conspiracy involving a gun that had killed a police officer. Dream Maker includes many characters from the Rock Chick and Dream Man novels, making it a little hard to follow, but the protagonists are both very likable characters and their adventures together are engaging. Overall, this is a very satisfying sub-series in the world of Kristen Ashley novels. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

Evan "Evie" Gardiner has spent her whole life being the responsible one in her family, but enough is enough. It's time to pursue her own dreams. Evie's finally going to finish that engineering degree she's been working toward. But first she needs to come up with the money to pay for tuition. Working as a dancer at Smithie's club seems like the perfect solution to her problems . . . until her family lands in yet another scrape and comes to Evie for help.
