I have been waiting for Stefan's story since we first met him. I have really liked him through all those books. There were times though, in this one where I got really mad at him and almost didn't like him. He had some serious cranio-rectal inversion a few times. But, when he dealt with that, he was much better and I liked him again.

Taara is a kind and caring soul. I think that she was pretty strong too, she had to have been to stand up to everything. I think that she was also a little naive, but not in a bad way. I think that things would've been would've been different had she been just a little less naive, but the book would've probably been shorter too. ( )
