This book is a biography about the Physicist and Chemist Marie Curie. She was the first woman to win a Nobel Prize for her discovery of Radium and Polonium. This book talks about her struggles to get an education in a male dominated field. This is a very entertaining book to read as it is shown in comic form with descriptive pictures. This is one of my favorite books because not only does it show the drive that a young woman had to pursue her dream of being a scientist in a world that was telling her "no". ( )
