Kylie Gilmore has a permanent spot on my favorites shelf. She has a talent for using humor to remind us of the obvious while imploring wisdom along the way. Almost Fate is a great example of that. A perfect love can stumble despite the best of intentions. Griffin and Christina have the battle scars to prove it. In the end we're all human. We have flaws. Owning them is the only way to build something permanent. It's the struggle to get it right that makes it all worthwhile. ( )
