This book is incredibly cool. I’m rushed trying to get this review up, as it is long overdue. I’ll include a few more images than usual in hopes that you get as enthused about it as I am. Part history, part activity book, part introspective journal? This book is great for girls and boys. Even as an adult I found it all so interesting.

From the publisher: read about some of the most influential women in history, from ancient times to the modern day. Each page is filled with amazing stories about the women who have shaped the world and inspired others to follow in their footsteps. Readers can step into the lives of these pioneers by completing unique activities and answering thought-provoking questions. Quirky artwork throughout helps bring each woman’s story to life.

I could see homeschoolers using it one day a week as a year-long biographical study. There isn’t anything I didn’t like about this book- the content, art, and activities are all first rate. ( )
