MY god, WHAT AN EXCITING READ! I was hooked with the first chapter and can't wait for book 2! I never learned how Ben hooked up with the alien nor what happened for him the land in a field near his grandfather's house, nor did I learn how twelve year old ben got alien's powers. Ben was hearing animals telling him they were dying from mankind's treatment of earth and I could only imagine the MANY voices in his head. As Ben went on interview after interview to make his point that humans need to save earth, he is seen as a circus act and everyone wanted to see what else he could do, but Ben attracted the wrong attention as he is kidnapped during the knight!
