This book remind me that anything is possible and never give up if you don't have something. Belinda lost her shoes in the airport so she can't perform without it. She doesn't give up and her friend helps her find another shoes. They run into some obstacle along the way but they don't give up and that is what helps them find the shoes. ( )

This book is about a ballerina Belinda who encounters a problem when she cannot find her ballet slippers and she is supposed to perform soon. She goes searching for a new pair of slippers but they cannot find any because she has big feet. They think on their toes and find a solution to the problem. This could be an introduction to a lesson about problems and solutions. ( )

This book is about a ballerina named Belinda that is expected to perform in Paris. Everyone is excited for her performance but she is not. Her ballet shoes are lost and a smaller, younger ballerina helps her throughout Paris to get new shoes made. They run into many obstacles, but they end up helping others in exchange for favors to get Belinda new shoes. Her feet are irregularly huge, but by the end of the story her problem is solved and she gives a wonderful performance. ( )

Belinda is a wonderful ballet dancer preparing to dance in an important show; however, her ballet shoes are missing. She searches with her fellow dancer friend, Gabrielle. They search for a solution from one shop to the next in Paris, France. Finally, they find a creative solution to the problem, and Belinda is able to dance with new ballet shoes.

The book would be useful in a discussion about finding solutions, perseverance, and working with others. ( )
