This is a book for all the nerds out there who were thought not to be super cool and wouldn't get the girl. Both the hero and the heroine are both happy to be busy working at the keyboard and the heroine doesn't have much confidence mixing with a lot of people. Luke has seen his friends all fall for good strong women and wonders if this will ever happen for him.
He has been having help from a mysterious person online for a little while and misses a chance with a lovely young women at a bar, but then a case keeps the team busy and he gets his chance.
The couple have a sort of inst love, it just takes them a few chapters to make this clear to each other.
There is no cheating and a HEA. Good interaction with the rest of the group and a chance to catch up with what's been happening with them.
One of the reasons i marked it down a little bit is the author tends to write in italics the person's thoughts and I am so not a fan of that.
But a good storyline and loyal people that leaves you with a good feeling. ( )
