I read them to my little siblings and they really enjoyed it. We all laughed together as we read them. It goes through the adventures of Elephant and Piggie. Each story is a little different but they are generally about Piggie thinking he can do something and Elephant being technical and saying he can't. I even loved the art. The art was simple but cute. It was a really great book that I would definitely read to very young kids. ( ) After reading "Don't Let The Pigeon Drive The Bus", I knew I had to do Mo Willems for my author study. I love how he presents his stories and chooses to create his books. "An Elephant & Piggie Biggie!" contains five stories of the adventures of an elephant and pig. These include "Today I Will Fly", "Watch Me Throw The Ball", "Can I Play Too?", "Let's Go For a Drive", and "I Really Like Slop". Although Willems includes very minimal illustration and detail in his books, they are riveting. In each of these stories on every page there are the animal characters and speech bubbles containing the dialogue, which is full of emphasis and personality. Mo Willems keeps the young reader sucked in by presenting a situation which usually leads to an adventure and a solution that it heartwarming. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
