This is the only one that I really liked and stuck with (until I went broke that is). ( ) Very easy read. Also very eye opening. I learned that I have approached dieting completely wrong for years. This book is jam-packed with good nutrition information and recent studies that counter some of what I had been told through the years. I have only been on the diet for three days and I've already lost 5 pounds. My wife has already lost 3. We plan to make this 'diet' a lifestyle from now on.
