This book is a level 4 Smithsonian reader. I found some content in it to be kind of dry; however, the pictures in this book are amazing! They are captivating and are professional photos of creatures in the sea. Picking up the book, I chose it because of the pictures! I think students will like this book, if there are interested in the subject. It has a lot of interesting facts. It could be very useful for students doing research or simply want to learn about the creatures that have no bones! ( )
