I love this series! The writing is witty and, because some of the best characters from many of her other series overlap, the world-building is developed very well. Think multi-layered timelines. Some major characters from the Ascension series have some pages in this installment. There's a few pop culture references included (I love these) and the ending is a cliffhanger (the storyline is building up for something huge). I never get tired of reading Reine's work and her sarcastic humor is usually spot on. I look forward to the next novel! ( )
