What fun? Now, it doesn't immediately read as well as We're Going on a Bear Hunt. Still, it's delightful!!! I want to do this one! ( )

A fun spin on going on a bear hunt. "We're Going on an Egg Hunt" brings an Easter version to life. With fun interactive flaps to look under for the eggs this book was fun to read to young children. I also liked the way numbers and counting were incorporated with the egg hunt. It gave an opportunity to reintroduce and review numbers with the class. The illustrations, by Laura Hughes were a delight to look at and interact with. I enjoyed this book but would recommend it for younger children. ( )
