It is sometimes suggested that Mark Ashley is yet another pseudonym of Robert W Marks, who normally wrote erotic fiction under the name of John Colleton. There are few clues regarding this, but one is that Ashley's book is referenced in one of Colleton's last novels. Be that as it may, 'Ring Twice To Enter' is markedly different from all of the Colleton novels. It is decidedly more erotic, involving several intrigues, and the topic of erotic chastisement, occasionally hinted at by Colleton, is here made a key feature of the plot. The story centres on an English psychoanalyst, working in New York, who uses unusual techniques with his female patients, notably insisting that the adopt a state of undress during consultations. Several husband-and-wife combinations of patients become caught up in his intrigues, which become quickly complicated when he decides to marry a woman who had been used to partly erotic chastisements from her authoritarian father. It's an entertaining book, full of twists and turns as well as erotic moments. ( ) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
