Our Celebracion is a colorful and vibrant children's book about a summer festival. I enjoyed how the author integrated Spanish vocabulary words into the English text, and the glossary included at the end was a helpful aid. The illustrations were colorful and enhanced the reading experience! I found the story to be the perfect length for a prekindergarten group, but it may have been a little too limited for older students. I think this book would be a great tool to use when learning about Hispanic culture. ( )
