Straight from the America's Test Kitchen comes their newest collection of recipes from the last year. They are known for their precise recipes, having tested each recipe a variety of ways in order to get the best possible outcome for each dish. This book does a superb job explaining why you make each dish a certain way and includes illustrations for more detailed steps. More than just great, tried and true recipes they also have tested various grocery store products and kitchen appliances. Need a new handheld can opener? America's Test Kitchen already tested them and gave recommendations in the back of this useful cookbook. I definitely recommend this book to any cook looking for recipes that really work! I found a great Zucchini Bread recipe that I am going to add to my personal recipe box.
