Älphabatics"is a book using different animals and objects doing acrobatics to teach the alphabet. This book would be great for Kindergarten.

But did you know that if you blow it up really big, the hole in the middle floats away like a balloon? In this wonderfully creative alphabet book, letters are pulled, twisted, reversed, and curled until they become part of what they represent. F becomes a fish, and Y becomes a yak!

Goodness.?á Why have I never seen this book before?!?á My first-born arrived in 1985, the next in 1988, so this just the right age that this should have been hard to miss in our library trips.?á We all would have loved it, and probably tried our own hands at some transformations (I know S -> Snake is easy and fun for lots of kids).
