A beautiful finale to the series, I still miss the characters deeply and this brought a little bit of closure. ( )

Just a short ending to their tale, which was nice to see. Everything I assumed it would be, but as usual, Mrs. Clare made such beautiful music of it. ( )

I did enjoy this story but felt like it should have been part of the epilogue of The Clockwork Princess. I am glad that I read it immediately following that book before starting a new story. I enjoyed the series and know that I will go back to visit these old friends again ( )

2 stars only because it was Tessa and Jim... The story is essentially a romantic interlude between books; however, it's not very well-written.... The style of writing is almost primitive and makes one cringe. To think it's the same author who's written the series! While I love Cassandra Clare's books, it seems hard to believe she's the one to have penned this short story. There's a lot of harping on Jem's virginity, his fear of disappointing Tessa. It could have been much, much better. It should have.
Best give this a miss. ( )
