Dig Two Graves: Revenge or Honor by Nick Vellis

AJ Pantheras is investigating his fathers murder. He Meets an older (Greek) man named Ceres Savas. Ceres begins to tell AJ the story of his grandfather back in WWII, Greece. He tells AJ of a huge fortune that was stolen, along with the Nazi's invading Greece. AJ Learns that his Grandfather helped Greek Jews escape occupied Greece, and then he goes missing.

With the help of Ceras, and a beautiful Italian PI, they try to solve the murder. AJ travels from the United States to Italy to get the much needed answers he is looking for. Can his Grandfathers past somehow be connected to the present day murder of his Father?

A well written story that takes the reader back to occupied Greece, and to the present. Blending perfectly from past to present, I really got a feel of what happened all those years ago. I liked that the story is based on (some) facts.

The story was original, very interesting, thrilling and at times very intense. I loved that. I highly recommend to readers of all genres, I was hooked from the first page. Nick Vellis knows how to bring his characters to life with vivid details and enough thrilling suspense to leave you wanting more. ( )
