I've seen the series, so the story itself wasn't new, but I like the art style, the colors. And the comic series has a lot more to offer so I'll definitely be looking to read more... ( ) This book left me with chills. The art is so perfect for the story and bloody hell! the story! Between this and Black Science, Rick Remender is fast becoming one of my favourite comic book writers. I'm now at the point where I will buy a book because he's writing it regardless of the premise for the title. Well well what a great surprise this was. The characters are super cool, outcasts in a world of violence, drugs and good music. I really liked the main character's personal conflicts, the way he tells us his story in such a philosophic manner. I identified with him in some ways and that made this read a great experience to me. The art and colours are super, I loved the way the color varies with the emotional tension on each page. And don't expect a typical hero story, but a nice big dose of reality instead! 5* sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

Change the world with a bullet. It's 1987 and homeless teenager Marcus Lopez Arguello has no reason to keep living. Until one fateful evening he is approached by a mysterious girl who invites him to join Kings Dominion Atelier of the Deadly Arts, a brutal, clandestine high school, where the world's top crime families send the next generation of assassins to be trained. Murder is an art, killing is a craft and the dagger in your back is no metaphor. No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |
