I would rate this book 5/5 stars. Although it tells a story with fictional human characters, the story told by the animal characters is how the seasons change. I think the book has a lot of helpful diagrams to explain a difficult concept to children. It talks about each season, how they change, and what happens during them. The pictures are detailed too Overall, I would definitely use this book in a classroom, especially with ELL learners because they might recognize the concepts in the pictures and diagrams.
