I struggled with this book in the beginning because this handsome millionaire/business tycoon was ridiculously immature. I mean, really, how many men in his position would refer to his coworkers as “fucktards”. Of course, he’s screwed up emotionally and comes off as cold hearted; therefore, he buys Delaine for two million dollars so he can have sex without love or that pesky commitment. I knew from page one how that was going to end. It was getting there that worried me. Delaine sells herself for a noble reason but she is also horribly immature in the beginning. She uses terms like “twat doc”, “coochie” and my personal favorite “wonder peen”. As the story progressed and they wised up to one another and all that silliness washed away. It actually became a good love story. I really hated the cliffhanger because I don't want to read the second book. And nothing, that's it. That's where this book leaves it. I realize that there is a second book in the series, but I don't think I care enough to read it. (
