A very powerful film, with great acting and chemistry from the young principal actors, Robert Pattison and Emilie de Ravin. Kudos to young Ruby Jerins, too, as Pattison's younger sister.
More violence than I'm comfortable with, and a shocking ending which we didn't see coming (although it's foreshadowed in more ways than one), but well worth seeing. Dark themes make it unsuitable for children or sensitive teens. But, for adults and older teens, I'd recommend this highly.
