I thought this was a fairly average self-help book, the main learning point for which is not to rate your worth by your own success, but to achieve a sense of intrinsic self worth which is not dependent on the accomplishment of particular things; so, one judges failures one makes, but does not judge oneself as a failure per se. This involves the tackling of irrational beliefs and black and white thinking which leads one to place undue demands on oneself by insisting that one must succeed 100%, or one is a complete failure. While these are good points, I found much of the book rather derivative of other self-help books, and a bit superficial. In sum, some interesting points, but nothing life-changing. 3/5 ( ) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
