As things progressed, I liked Travis less and less. He turned into a stubborn bully and refused to put his pride down and consider the possibility that he might actually be wrong about things. More than once I was screaming "Run, Rose! Run!" Eventually she found her backbone, but I still think she's too good for him. Overall it was a light, fluffy piece with adult content that had nice entertainment value. The banter between Rose and Travis is really funny. She is sharp witted and he comes back at her strongly, i did feel for her at times, he accuses her wrongly and she has no way to prove her innocence, and some of the things he said hurt her and it seemed he had all the power.
There are a lot of misunderstandings and an interfering mother, a good story. (
