Inspiring story of self-made man, who started two Fortune 500 companies, commissioned many civic buildings and became a major philanthropist. I would have liked to hear more about how he grew his business. Nevertheless, he has many interesting observations on management style. Sometimes a bit trite and self-serving, but overall a good read and pretty interesting. Recommended. ( )
