A couple things were OTT, and the concept that the V&A would turn down a large gift from an established donor because an assistant had her feelings hurt was beyond silly, but this checked all the items of my personal swoon list and it was cheeky, and smart and erotic and funny. I loved that the MC was named Neville Chamberlain and that the author unironically examined the art and history of knitting. Just the right amount of quirky. Charming and fun. Loved that the heroine was a knitter. Loved the authenticity of the setting. Loved the two of them together. Loved the plucky heroine. The hero was super hot but I was a little upset about his lack of back bone there at the climatic event. But he saved it. I would have given this 5 stars but I thought the end was just a bit too quick and easy. Still I recommend this read. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
