This book is so adorable. From what is shown the Mother has to work and may not have a lot of time to spend with her daughter but the child has a postive attitude about everything. She clearly makes the best out of everything and the mother has definity pickd up on that. It is a fun read aloud, its very cheerful. ( ) This was a good book about Lizzie's trip to the library to work with her mother. She learned lots of new things, about the library, her mothers work, her mothers friends, and how to act like a big bad wolf! This is a great book to share with children for career day, or right before they spend the day with their parents at work. To be honest, this story is almost a little *too* sweet. The girl's conviction that HER MOM is the very best at everything - she's "the most important person in the city" and she "gets more mail than the president", and of course she's "so smart" and "so beautiful" - while this is probably heartfelt it is also a little over the top. I'm being overly critical, I know. It's still a good book. Just... a little overly *sweet*. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
