This book is a funny and poetry book because it use poetry to let students read together.

This book would be great for when you are trying to get students to read together maybe for a center. It would be a great idea to do a readers theatre with. ( )

This is a fun way to introduce children to fables as a way to practice reading. The stories are written from the perspective of the two character and would work well to have two children read and act them out.

I enjoyed this rhyming book and I think it would be great to use in a 1st or 2nd grade classroom. I would not have this be a read aloud that I did but instead use it for students who I may see are falling behind who I want to test their progress. This would be something I could do during center time and have the student and I switch back and fourth between readers as the book is intended and mark their speech, skipped words, unable to read, and whatever else I may be looking for in that particular student. ( )
