It’s the last day of school, and Babymouse is daydreaming of summer vacation at the beach. It’s going to be so great! Except, it takes so long to get there, and her little brother Squeak gets car sick and throws up on her. “EWW…” At the beach there’s plenty to do, but things don’t go exactly as Babymouse imagines they will. And there is an annoying narrator who keeps asking her if she’s having fun, right after she’s had some mishap. Plus, Squeak keeps wanting to tag along. But when he does at the whirling teacups ride on the boardwalk, the results are hurled, “SPLAT!” Right on Babymouse again. “BLEAH.” ( )

Baby mouse goes cover to cover, and inside out. The books are just so much fun to hold. The things BM finds in her locker are hilarious! Bigfoot. Aliens. Gnomes. In this book she builds a bond with her little brother Squeek. ( )

I give it 3 stars because it was not really interesting . It wasn't interesting because there was not really a story. ( )
