Personal Reaction: This is another book that I enjoyed because it shows children the great men we had/have in this world. I had to write an essay of Martin Luther King and I learned a great deal about him. I have so much respect for that man.

Extension Ideas: 1. Read this book on Martin Luther King Day and have dessert on this day. 2. Possibly have older children write a report over Martin Luther King Jr.
