Carlton is too busy figuring out what it means to be a Dom and how he should behave. Bryce is too focused on making sure Carlton earns every millimetre of submission Bryce grudgingly gives him. I loved reading this story and would love it even more if there was a sequel. Carlton and Bryce have so far to go and their relationship is so unusual (with a somewhat hesitant but determined Dom and a very self-confident sub), that there must be tons of material to write a sequel.
