- Located in the Cosmo Civic Centre, this branch of the Saskatoon Public Library serves the north-west area of the city. Specializations include a multilingual collection with books in Chinese, Vietnamese, Polish, Spanish and Ukrainian. There is also a section for Adult Basic Education and English as a Second Language.
