- Help us celebrate the release of the Delta Blues collection!
On March 27th, 2010 we will officially release the collection with a big party at Ground Zero in Clarksdale, Mississippi. The club is owned by Morgan Freeman (who wrote an introduction to the collection here) and Bill Luckett. This will be a perfect chance to get signatures from some of the contributors, enjoy good food and drink, and be treated to a very special night of music, courtesy of a band made up of anthology contributors.
Additionally, proceeds from the sale of Delta Blues will benefit the Rock River Foundation, a charity dedicated to helping the arts and literacy in the Delta. Books will be available in hardcover, paperback, and limited edition versions. If you're unable to make it to the event, please know that you can still help the worthwhile organization, as $1 for each book sold will be donated. - Añadido Por
