This is my attempt to highlight books that speak to the urban experience. Whether it be culture bred from ashes of the concrete jungle, to immigrant lives squeezed into the economic niches of density, to academic insights from urban lives that enlighten us about humanity...also some damn good books that are fun, exciting, diverse, progressive, and taste good.
