No rastro de Sifa Grent pelo multiverso, Dack Fayden invade um castelo e é aprisionado por um mago gigante. Ao fugir, acaba por voltar a Innistrad e interrogar um vampiro - descobre seu passado e reafirma a atuação da vilã naqueles tempos remotos. É de novo aprisionado e enfrenta outro demônio. Seus tropeços de detetive são balanceados com flashbacks de seu passado mágico. (continua raso, obviamente).

Magic: The Gathering Volume 3: Path of Vengeance por Matt Forbeck

De volta à Ravnica Fayden consegue recrutar amigos e eles vão deter Sifa. Nos divertimos na confusão e explosão de cores e inimigos, na parte final. De resto, tudo superficial e corrido.

Magic: The Gathering Volume 1 por Matt Forbeck

A história se passa no universo do jogo Magic the Gathering e o herói - Dack Fayden é um mago-ladrão simpático, mas tipicamente atrapalhado-destemido, misturando como em muitos outros, coragem e tolice, pequenos delitos e um bom coração. A ideia principal é, entretanto, tola, a de uma artefato controlador de vampiros, e os saltos entre mundos e ações narrativas são abruptos demais. Há mais 3 continuações. Veremos.

The Con Job (A Leverage Novel) por Matt Forbeck

Enjoyable romp. The Leverage team takes on an entrepreneur who is bilking comic book artists out of their original art pieces. He has plans to auction them for big bucks and keep the proceeds. Nate, Sophie, Parker, Elliot and Hardison travel to San Diego for ComicCon where Hardison geeks out in a major way. The team finds that there is a deadly plot behind the auction which could lead to the deaths of hundreds of fans. Along the way, many inside jokes and name-dropping occurs. A series villain puts in a surprise appearance as well as a beloved publishing figure. If you're a fan of the tv series, the story stays true to the characters. Nate reveals a heart-wrenching reason for not wanting to attend the convention, Parker gets to do a couple disguises, and Elliot gets multiple chances to mock Hardison's enthusiasm.
