This book I officially LOVE to bits! Approach to practical implications to the exercises, illustrations, "mood" of the book itself - top 5 stars! Enjoyed reading it. Considers the specific of every stage of pregnancy and the part where you actually can do Yoga with your newborn baby is priceless.
