Cinderella is one my favorite disney princesses and fairy tales. Her story is so inspiring and the magic that comes to life is so entertaining! This chapter book of Cinderella is more detailed and very similar to the movie. Cinderella is about a young lady who is trapped by her step mother and step sisters and they demand her to do everything for them without thinking about her feelings or wants. One day Cinderella's "fairy godmother" comes to her during a sad time in her life and gives her the night of her life with a prince. Although Cinderella has a mistreated and hard life, the ending gives Cinderella and readers hope! Definitely recommended for lower and middle elementary school readers! ( )

Review: Cinderella makes yet another mouse friend. Upon taking him to the village, the mouse ends up accidentally tipping over the 12-layer cake ordered by the King himself. Cinderella and her mouse friends unit in order to makes hundreds of cakes for the baker to present to the king. This book is a good example of fantasy because the story, characters, setting and events are made to be believable.
