I remember when this happened and read a bit about it in one of Cesar's books. I was glad to read more in-depth about this horrible case. Noel and Knoller seemed almost childish I thought, and are very irresponsible people. Found it a bit ironic that they were attoreneys. It was very chilling to read about the past encounters people had with these dogs, and Noel & Knoller didn't respond in the proper way. Unfortunatley I feel that not a whole lot has changed concerning violent dogs and the law, even though I agree that they are victims of society. I'm a bit surprised these specific dogs haven't been banned in the US. And I feel that prisoners have way too much free reign if they can buy dogs outside of prison walls! ( )
