She has one blue eye and one brown eye and she can never tell a lie, no matter how small, and so has to figure out a way around this problem. She and her mother move to a new house where she overhears outrageous plans to build a dog-food factory on her street. Hollie makes a plan of action to confound the plans of the developer, who has told residents he is building an orphanage. In saving her street Hollie finds new friends and brings a community together. I liked this book because it is interesting and, I think, one of those kinds of books that you can read over and over again. I recommend this book for everyone because it is funny and imaginative. The book is by a New Zealand author and very deservedly won the Tom Fitzgibbon Award. It has a very appealing cover. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
