It is about octopus and gives a lot of good information about the sea creature. In a classroom this book could be used as just a fun read aloud or it could go along with a lesson on sea creatures or animals. I know schools often take field trips to aquariums or the beach to see sea life so this book could also be a fun introduction to that. This book is appropriate for kindergarten-2nd grade. It's about an octopus that is trying to find a place to lay eggs and her journey through the sea. Throughout the book there are facts about octopi in a different font to separate the facts from the story. I thought this book was very creative and well done. I would definitely read this to my students when teaching them about the letter O. I would recommend this book to younger students because it is mainly a picture book and has low level vocabulary. This book goes through different facts about octopi and shows drawings of them too. This would be good in the classroom because of how it is a factual book for children and still show pictures for them to see too. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

This book is about an octopus and facts about them.
I would use this in my classroom to teach my students about octopuses because it does have a lot of facts about them but also just as a fun book for them to read. ( )
