Her parents are going through a divorce and they live in two different countries. Amber is uncertain of her parents divorce and feels like she is to blame. While she is on vacation she gets chicken pox too. Her international vacation is not going as planned. This is a good story to have students read and relate to if they are going through similar struggles with their own parents divorcing. It is also a good book to talk about international travel and life in Europe. You could compare and contrast differences between the U.S. and Europe and talk about cultural diversity. A good book to share with students for various reasons. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
