Well. This story definitely had a lot going on, but most of it was relatively unimportant. Also, much to my surprise, this was a borderline romance novel, with several sex scenes. I wouldn't necessarily call them explicit, but descriptive would, perhaps, be an understatement. I probably should have read up on it a little more before grabbing it.

The ending was no shocker, though I won't be cruel and give it away. Let's just say, it could have gone one of two ways, and it's no surprise which way it went. ( )

What a disappointment. ( )
