In the 1st story, Prosecutor Katie DeMaio witnesses a nightmare after coming out of surgery, but when she returns to the hospital she may have to fight for her life against the horror. In the 2nd, Ernie and Wilma finally won the Christmas lottery, and since Wilma was out of town, Ernie celebrated with Loretta. In the 3rd, Mike's country cabin should be perfect for his wife Laurie to recover from the nightmares of her childhood, but an ominous feeling comes over both now that they've arrived. In the 4th, Alvirah Meehan, lottery winner, amateur detective and former cleaning woman, tries to solve the murder of an actress who lived in her building.
