Felicity is determined to find her soul mate, and a Tarot card gives her the means to do so. Before she can say “time travel”, she is whisked back to 1658 England. Meanwhile, Scotsman Will Rollo is rescuing a friend from the Tower of London when who should turn up along with his friend but an unconscious woman. After seeing his comrade safely to freedom, Rollo carts the lady along on his flight to Scotland. When she awakes, she insists on sticking with him, claiming they’re meant to be together. Rollo’s crippled legs from a childhood accident make him doubt her sincerity. She charms him with her bold manner, and against his will, he falls under her spell. When enemies conspire against them, he’ll stop at nothing to see her safe, even if it means returning her home to the future and never seeing her again. A worthy time travel romance, this story will carry you along to the wilds of Scotland. The characters didn’t seem as fazed by the time travel aspect as much as I would have liked. Nor was there much conflict between the stoic warrior and Felicity, who knew from the start that he was her man. He resists the attraction but eventually succumbs. A stronger plot would have been personally preferable. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
