Morton is bored playing baseball all the way in the outfield. But if he were in the jungle, he could be a lion or a zebra or a hippopotamus! In English and Spanish.

Morton plays on a baseball team; he plays in the outfield. When his coach yells are him for not paying attention, he mentions all the other plaices he would rather be. Morton settles on the jungle. In the jungle, he talks about all of the cool animals he could be. Being an animal sounds awesome, until he thinks of a reason in which it could be scary. (i.e. zebras are chased by lions, or all animals would be scared of him if he were a lion). Upon daydreaming, Morton hears his name. MORTONNN yelled the team. Suddenly, He stuck out his glove and caught the flyable. Morton's team cheered and he became MVP. ( )

This book has such vibrant pictures with lots of colors. My eyes couldn't get enough of the colors presented while reading the story. The story is nice because it adds imagination and shows the possibilities of pretending to be an animal if you could be one. ( )
